This notice describes how Lusia Labs handles information submitted through the early-access waitlist on this website.

Information collected

The waitlist form is operated by Tally. It asks for an email address, a feature-interest selection, and an email-update preference. Information you submit is sent directly to Tally through the embedded form or Tally's hosted form. Lusia's research backend does not receive waitlist submissions.

How information is used

We use waitlist information to manage early-access interest and, where you opt in, to send Lusia Labs launch and product updates. The form includes an option to decline email updates. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Service providers and storage

Tally hosts and processes the form and its submissions under its own terms and privacy practices. The Lusia Labs owner may connect Tally with Google Sheets; that connection is not verified by this website. If enabled in the account, submitted responses may also be synchronized to the connected sheet and handled according to that account's settings.

This site does not intentionally send form responses to Lusia research systems. This notice does not make claims about Tally's retention periods or account configuration; see Tally's privacy information for its practices.

Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit the form. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information submitted to the waitlist, contact lusiatemp@gmail.com. Because submissions are handled by Tally and any account-connected services, we may need to use those services to locate or process a request.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice if the waitlist or its data handling changes. The date above indicates the latest revision.
